Hollywood Wave

Large, sculpted waves.

Heat
Choose the lowest effective heat for your hair.
  1. Section the hair. Take a 1-inch horizontal section, rotate the styler upwards 360°, glide down 1 inch and release. Repeat from where each curl ends.
  2. Wrap and pin the curls. Let them cool and set before removing the pins.
  3. For a larger wave, tease the indentation and spread with your fingers. Dress with the Carbon Tail Comb and finish with hairspray.

Read styling steps

Prepare: Sectioning clips, Omnia styler, Carbon Tail Comb and Dressing Comb; pins to set the curls.

  1. Divide the hair with sectioning clips.
  2. Take a 1-inch horizontal section. Twist the styler upwards through 360 degrees, glide down 1 inch and release.
  3. Clamp where the previous curl ends and repeat.
  4. Wrap and pin the curls, allow them to cool and set, then remove the pins.
  5. For a larger wave shape, tease the indentation and spread the hair with your fingers.
  6. Dress out as desired using the Carbon Tail Comb and finish with hairspray.
